The staff were very helpful.
The location was a bit of a challenge especially when using public transport.

Staff were excellent and very hospitable. Polite demeanour and always willing to assist.
The reception team was informative and made suggestions that were useful for our short stay
First time in this property would give it a 7/10
The bathroom and toilet grouting had mould and looked aged. The room requires a refurbishing. The towels also were more than 2 years old from the date on the tag..
