We had everything we needed in our very small room. It was cleaned very well every day. We had a lovely view of the hills behind Oviedo. We also used the car parking facility so our hire car was safe.
We were supposed to have access to WiFi but it didn’t work. We tried out the breakfast on a couple of days but were very disappointed with it. At 8.50€ each it was good value but the empty dishes weren’t replenished very quickly so it was a problem finding enough food.

Very comfy bed, quiet, nice reception area. They have a nice terrace.
A bit far, not extreme but not very close to the center. Walkable but a bit tiring with a bagpack.
