THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING. So much choice, and so delicious. The location was simply fantastic, walkable to everything you need. The staff is the real jewel of the place. NICO IS A GIFT. He helped my elderly mother carry her bags upstairs upon my request, as she was checking in one night before we were. I forget the name of the wonderful blond woman who also was great about the luggage room the next day, with a smile, but it was Nicco whom I won't forget. He also recommended the best bottle of wine you have (shocker: a Riesling! Normally I don't like those) and he was so kind all around. And I love, love, love that you allow guests to have coffee, cookies, pastries and juices and flavored water in the atrium all day long. We were able to bring a lunch in there which saved us time and allowed us to hover around our luggage while we waited for the taxi... plus the place is beautiful with the natural light and a good price.
The shower sprayed everywhere, there should be some kind of a curtain/shower door or at least a better shower mat? Plus, when you turned it off, with the strong water pressure suddenly cutting off, the shower head would drop down off its holder, and if you weren't careful it could hit you in the head!
