Lots of things for children to do, premium drinks and all inclusive option reduced queuing.
Problems with hot tub on arrival, missed cleaning days having to Re-request via the app. Food was very hit and miss. Themed restaurants that you had to
Pre-book wasn’t up to much and disappointing.

Excellent facilities.
Food in buffet could be much better and more variety.

Breakfast was ok but I think it was average food
Some of the food could have been better quality with healthier. It would probably be great for most people but I have a limited diet

Loads to do with families
Many staff members don't speak English .
Difficult to understand or ask for things , not quick at dealing with problems.
The app if adding an extra night or day is troublesome unable to use app and it classed as a completely new booking needs dealing with . Should be able to add an extra night and still use facilities
