Kids haven...staff were very friendly. The waiter and waitress at Big Rock were amazing. The chef at Big Rock was very accomodating , he even made a chicken and mushroom pasta for me. Cannot wait to plan another trip.
I was disappointed that there was no buffet available due to the limited guests

When you are eating in the dining hall, you can see spiderweb on the ceiling, flies while eating. Chairs needs to be upgraded

All the activities and swimming pools plus layout of the resort.
The rooms given to us had a terrible stink, they had no roof over the varander. When we were braaiying our meat and fire was soaked by rain. We called reception for assistance to get a portable braai stand but got a attitude from the lady at reception she didn't assist us at all. We had to drive back to the local town at night to purchase a portable braai stand dogding potholes in the blistering rain.
