The location of this hotel is amazing. Close to the shopping street and easy access to transport. Walking distance to forbidden city and also has a convenience store and chemist in the hotel. Breakfast was good as was the lunch. They were super accommodating to my mum and had good wheelchair access. The hotel driver was also amazing to and from the airport.
The rooms are a little small. The staff didn’t speak English well and it was hard to communicate. There was also lack of staff at breakfast and the plates and cups kept running out. There are not many dinner options on the menu and they didn’t not have an understanding of gluten free.

This is a very comfortable upscale, quiet, and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location is excellent as is the delicious breakfast buffet. Enya at reception made us feel very welcome on our arrival. I would recommend a room on a higher floor facing the city instead of the courtyard if possible for a quieter room.

good location. staff were helpful.
Bathroom needs more care. Two chairs for a king size room would be better.

Friendliness of staff. Thr breakfast was excellent. Shower and bathroom excellent. Very comfy beds and quiet room. Location was perfect.
The only thing we didnt like was the excursion company which is located inside the hotel but under different management. They are more interested in selling whatever excursion they can rather than listening to what you want.
