Very friendly and polite staff, who allowed me to check in early. The hotel is very conveniently located.
The AC unit in my room had a bad smell. There was also smell from cigarettes entering my room from the corridor from the second night on.

I stayed here for 2 nights in September. The hotel is very close to the station, which made getting around Tokyo easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the wide selection of amenities, from facial masks to different shampoos. It was a nice touch that made the stay feel special.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. I accidentally left my glasses behind after checking out, and they responded right away and arranged courier delivery to my sister’s place in Sapporo. The glasses arrived surprisingly quickly, and everything was handled smoothly and kindly with no hassle on my end.
It’s rare to see this level of care after a guest has already left. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Location is good and staff is helpful
The rooms are very small. I would not advise to stay there with kids as there is no space to keep and open the luggage. Good for single traveller though.
