The breakfast is amazing! So many counters, so many choices, you could spend all day in there and have not tried everything!
The staff at the hotel are really attentive and nothing is too much for them. They genuinely aim to please and everyone of them is so proud of their hotel that their passion for it is infectious.
Access to the beach is easy, the pool and the area around it is lovely.
The gardens of the hotel are really lush and green, and the lagoons with their night time opening flowers are enchanting.
We made use of the bicycles and played mini-golf but ran out of time to do archery also.
The St Regis is a little bit remote and tucked away so a taxi is needed to explore any other restaurants and nearby places. There is not much easily accessible by walking from the

Beautiful grounds and the beach.
The hotel management has no focus on customer experience for international customers. It’s clear that this hotel is driven by volume rather than repeat business. The hotel lobby and bar area is extremely uncomfortable and too hot to sit any time of the day (mid-March) . The ceiling fans are purely decorative and only can run on minimum speed. There is no ambience or music in the evenings go the guests to relax pre and post dinner so we had to go out of hotel for dinner and entertainment during our stay. The staff in restaurants are doing their best to provide good service but again lack of proper system and processes in place breakfast time is very chaotic.
Pool area has no rules and regulations, people swimming with their clothes on! It unhygienic! There are no showers to use before getting into the pool. Despite being a children pool available, children are allowed in the main pool all day!
