The staff at the reception and breakfast are very kind, professional, helpful and friendly. Nice adequate breakfast (hot beverages, juice, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, butter, jam and fresh fruits). The bed was comfortable. The location is ok.
The area of the hotel (gar du nord) is quite busy and popular. The triple rooms (2) in this hotel are located in a separate pavilion with a few stairs -no lift- which is difficult with luggage but the reception staff helped us with the luggage (my husband has bad issues and I was having plantar fascitis, if it was not for the reception team, it would have been very difficult for us).

The en-suite shower in my room was rather compact.

Great location if you need to be close to Gare du Nord but it does involve a lot of taking the Metro to other places. Clean and safe and the staff are friendly and polite.
The room (classic) was truly tiny and the bathroom started to smell a bit musty by the end of our stay.

It was close to the stations
It was an okay stay. But wouldnt stay there for more than 1 night, partly because the room that i got was extremely small.
