Excellent location and room. Great staff service!
It was not a problem for us, but it was a longer walk from elevator to room. Might be an issue for someone less mobile.

We lived in the renovated part of the hotel, which had nice look and smelt of pine wood. Breakfast was not very diverse, but tasty. Very friendly staff.
Awfully noisy because of some African celebration in the park throughout the week of our stay and our suite did not even face park side. Very dusty rooms with little to no vacuum cleaning during 5-day stay! In there room were no water bottles, no spoons, no plates, no slippers. Extremely soft beds. One day forgot to change towels, had to go to main reception to ask for some, as on the phone there is no guidance how to reach out to reception or other staff at the hotel.
