Good location and general ambience. Lovely customer service . I loved the bath. The terrace at the top was a nice bonus too.
Bumping into a light fitting which felt like it didn't belong at the low angle right of the bed. The room was at the front of the hotel so was noisy at night . We booked very last minute so no other rooms would have been available to move to.

We loved the large room, the lovely bar and lounge areas and the location. Great photos on the walls and good breakfast.
Limited storage space as we were away on a long trip.

Lovely design.
My room was heading the street and the poor sound insulation woke me from 3am until 5am with drunken people in the street. Very very unfortunate.
