Location was central to everything - Pacific Fair was literally across the two roads and the beach was only a block away. Car parking was easy to access and convenient that my 4WD was able to fit under. The room was basic and had everything we needed, included Foxtel and access to streaming channels. The views to the ocean were spectacular (although a crane was directly blocking the view from the balcony).
We did stay during construction works on the next door property which started from 7am and ended at around 3pm each day. We didn't stay in our room during the day, so it didn't impact us much, however the crane was in direct view of the beach and drilling started from 7am. The room was discounted because of this however. The second bedroom had three sliding wardrobe doors for entry doors which was odd. So was the configuration of the two single beds in this room. There was no power outlet for a lamp or to charge phones so we had to charge these in the kitchen outside.

The location was great, close to shops and tram stop
We didn't get the correct room when we checked in and couldnt get us in the correct rookm til next day and the room smells so bad like I was in a indoor swimming pool it wasn't good enough

The property was close to pacific fair and due to the rain that was good.
Our room was absolutely filthy and the noise from the construction from 6am every morning was next level.

We were on the ninth floor had a nice view but there was noise from construction next door so wouldn't stay there again as the new building will take away the view
Construction next door was right outside the fire alarm kept going off it got to the point we ignored it and the fire department never turned up which we thought was unusual
