I loved everything about this hotel. The reception, the bedroom, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast, it's location, it's very near to the most touristic places at the city, five or ten minutes walking or driving you can be anywhere you want. They stored our luggage all day long while we were doing a tour to the mountains and also, allowed to stay at the lobby until our transposition was due to leave.
No complaints.

Personnels are very helpful.
My room was facing to the street and I could not sleep because of the voice of cars. However, I requested a room change after midnight and personnel helped me.

Buen desayuno. Ubicación céntrico cerca de la plaza.
Habitación muy pequeña sin mesa ni vasos para tomar agua. Colchones poco confortables. Al segundo día no dejaron todas las toallas necesarias.
