The staff were exceptionally helpful. The pool area was clean and comfortable.

My room looked out onto the pool/ spa area which was really lovely. The pool was warm and there was a lovely area to sit outside undercover.
The supermarket was very close so I could pick up items easily.
If I had to pick something to pick on it would be that the chairs were uncomfortable in my room. Both in the room and on the balcony. I would have loved a couch style seat. It wasn’t that much of a problem though as there was a couch area where guests could go for some quiet time.

We got an upgrade which was a treat. Loved our room.
That we only had 3 nights. Would have enjoyed more.

The three-bedroom apartment was good. The hotel was well placed for some good restaurants and shopping.
The beach was a 10-15 minute walk.
The hotel had a communal laundry which was coin operated. The pool, BBQ and tennis court area looks a bit tired and it is quite disjointed from the accommodation.
