Extremely clean, very quiet and peaceful. The hotel had a lovely tranquil feeling to it. The staffs were extremely kind and respectful. Very good attention to detail. One thing that stood out to me was how readily they had an umbrella to for my to get to the room & some to assist with my bags. Breakfast was very good, one morning i was not able to breakfast and preorder a take away for the morning and it exceeded my expectation. fruits, nibbles, muffins, water, juice, & a freshly made sandwich. Dinner was just as good. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this is definitely the place. you might be has bless as i was to see some monkeys on the property.
It was really quiet, it would be nice to have some night / Day time entertainment schedule.

The rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable . Lovely pools, lovely scenery š¤©
It would be great to have more variety on the menu at the restaurant. The food is good, just need to have more options.
We checked out on a Monday morning and it seemed like the staff at the restaurant were very unprepared for the breakfast, so just a tip to keep the same level of excellence and service whether there are a few guests or many guests.

The place is beautiful, the river is refreshing. The restaurant lady who was serving us was extremely friendly.
Our room was stinking. We had to open the windows, door and sprayed some perfume when we arrived. The outside and inside lights were very dim compared to other rooms and we arrived after 5 so it was already getting dark. A little brightness would have been nice.
