Great location, good value for money, friendly staff.
The television system had limited channels and was constantly cutting out, sometimes for hours at a time. The heating only seemed to operate early in the morning and late at night with no control available in the room.

Location is very convenient, just walking distance from Paddington station. Staffs are helpful. The room is small, but okay for 1 person.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. No fridge in the room, only small kettle for making coffee/tea. The carpet needs better cleaning...

Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating
Room was small, Old furniture and needs updating and better cleaning. The walls are thin, you can hear every sound from the next room and the above. I could hear the entire phone conversation of the occupants above. Too thin.
