After reading the reviews, we were a little bit nervous about our stay at the Emerald hotel. However we had a lovely night stay. Yes, the hotel has an unusual layout which can be confusing, and the carpark is a little tricky to navigate. However our new room was large and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the Irish pub just next door had a friendly vibe and great food.
I would recommend that the hotel organise maps for new guests, especially those on the second level. Also spend some time on maintenance of the rooms.
