LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IN ANSE VATA
BIG PROBLEM, HOTEL IS BEING RENOVATED, NOISE DUST
USING FACILITIES OF OTHER HOTEL TO SERVE GUEST (BREAKFAST AT NOUVA RESORT: NO GOOD, I GOT FOOD POISONING)

Great location.
Was expensive for what you got especially while renovations are underway and pool closed - so pool and food meant going to another hotel.

Liked the view and the room. Not the lack of service.
Our room could have been serviced. I asked for our sheets not to be changed as I thought is was a waste for 4 nights. Instead this was interpreted as DO NOT SERVICE at all. It is not pleasant to have an overflowing rubbish bin, empty tissue box. I asked for new tissues on the morning of Tuesday and in the evening I had to return to reception to ask again. I did not realise my request had been misinterpreted as on day 2 the room was serviced late in the afternoon.
