The overall appearance of this hotel is amazing! You fill a bit like in London, British Style in a good way:-) Parking was easy, breakfast was excellent quality and service. The room itself was a bit tiny, but very well equipped.
Both, free WIFI and business WIFI did not work very reliable.

Good location opposite park and walking distance to main attractions. Very comfortable hotel.
Lumpy duvet and hard as rock pillows.

Where to begin! We stayed here on our way from southern France to a week in Switzerland. It was so superlative, we rebooked for our return trip 6 days later. Front desk Valery (we learned had been working there for over 30 years) - was incredibly helpful - helping us unload our car so we could park easily right across the street. We feel we formed wonderful personal relationships with every staff member. Our rooms were so special - we felt like we were very important people to get these types of rooms. The breakfast was easily a Michelin 5 star affair, seriously. Everything was impeccably clean. The staff were all dressed so professionally. I found out this is a one-of-a-kind hotel - they believe it best to not become part of a huge corporation, but to stay local. Want to be pampered? Come here :-)

TV set attached and hang on the wall at just close to bed. I should pass TV set when I go to my bed.
It was very dangerous to go to bed because my face may hit the sharp corner of TV set especially in the night with darkness.
They have no idea what is the safety for guest.
We would better not to watch TV program rather than go to hospital by serious injury.
