Great location, grounds, facilities, clean, comfortable and super friendly staff. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to one of their master suites on arrival. Very comfortable beds, coffee making facilities in room, great toiletries provided in bathroom. Thought has been put into every detail. Bath and large walk in shower in ensuite. Room service & concierge (at a charge).
I didn’t get enough time to experience the Utopia Spa due to personal commitments but I will be back for the full experience ASAP.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff very helpful and polite. The food was excellent.
For the evening meal the restaurant was in a conservatory which lacked atmosphere and felt a little cold.It would have been nice to have some lights outside as there was nothing to see but darknes through the window.

The desert was amazing
The property is basically worn out and needs a complete refurbishment. Charging premium prices for mediocre surroundings and service. Nobody on reception at 7am? Food in the restaurant was underwhelming and a bit weird tbh although my flat iron steak itself was lovely and the desert was great too. Staff were seemingly confused and obviously undertrained. It's a shame as I was really looking forward to the night there but I wish I'd gone with the premier inn sorry guys
