We stayed for a dance awards event and then a dance comp the following day. We stayed 2 nights/3 days. The place is so clean and tidy, the staff were amazingly helpful and would do anything for you! They made a fuss of my girls about what they wore for the event and then when they were dressed up for the dance comp! Breakfast lovely, and evening meal in the restaurant was beautiful too! We were also allowed to order chips etc to take to the room when the kids were asleep without any fuss or hassle! Beds so comfortable, rooms absolutely spotless, heating controlled by us which was a bonus!! Also had a fan if needed in the room too, extra pillows and LOADS of towels. We will be staying again! Beds so comfortable, and even though the hotel its self was full of dancers which were loud etc, when you were in your room you hardly heard anything, which made such a difference and we slept amazing!
Nothing.

friendly staff, room was very tidy - newly decorated room, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good, all in all good value for the money paid for my stay and look forward to my next stay which is booked in for November.
N/A as all met my needs and as a matter of fact exceeded my expectations.

Big stylish room. Large shower. All areas spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows. Blackout curtains.
Room cold on arrival. Barely warm water in morning. Not near any amenities. Lot of TV channels have No Signal. Internet slow. Traffic noise and noisy smokers below window, yapping dog early morning outside (Staff do something about this!) Impossible to rest due to loud bar music downstairs. Banging doors, cleaners having a conversation by yelling across rooms. Cleaners, if a Do NOT Disturb is on door, it means just that.
