Close location to train station and Harry Potter studios

Being woken up by a delivery being made to the hotel at 0655am, very noisy trolleys in and out the hotel. The heating/cooling system could only be turned off if the key card was taken out the slot. The sofa bed was not made up upon us checking in so had to ask reception to do this. Also there was no draught lager on the bar.

We had a lovely welcome on arrival by the on-duty manager and he was accomodating in rooms with an adjoining door for us. These were lovely and clean, comfortable beds and nice pressure in the showers. Breakfast was standard in the morning, but nice.
