The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The downstairs bar and dining areas were well decorated. Nice bathroom with great water pressure. Single room was a nice size with toiletries and a decent selection on the tea and coffee station. The hot breakfast was delicious and I appreciated my dietary needs were very well catered for.
Everytime the room next door flushed the toilet overnight it made a lot of noise. I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable and for some reason they kept sliding off one another. I find the after you book surprise £15 per night to park there really off putting.

Very comfy bed and the bar looked lovely!
The heating in the bedroom wouldn’t work and we needed to leave the bathroom door open to get the heat from the radiator. The bathroom was boiling as we couldn’t turn the radiator down. Also, from 6.30am there was a loud noise which sounded like an extractor fan coming from outside. Our room was right next to lots of generators.
