Swimming was good bar area at night good atmosphere, breakfast in morning loads to choose from for the kids.
Phone in bedroom had been unplugged which didnt notice til next day, fire alarm went off late night and weather was horrendous but made to stand in car park in jammies soaked and not great with 2 young children.

Really nicely done up inside, welcoming and clean. Comfy beds, large spacious rooms. Welcoming reception area. Gym and pool facilities inc a hot tub, steam room and sauna. The buffet breakfast was great. The kids loved the pancake maker. Good value.
A little out of the city centre but we were here for a function. Rooms fairly basic but ideal for the occasion and the kids loved the all the space in the room.
Swimming pool fairly small but again ideal for the kids and was warm. It was busy so was best to book a swim slot. No face towels but enough towels for us all.

I really enjoy this hotel and this is now the second time I have stayed.
The only thing I’m not keen on is that parking is not included in the price which always used to be the case when you stayed in a hotel. It was only £3 but it’s a point of Principle.

Breakfast was adequate. Appreciated fresh fruit
Evening meal was terrible. Lasagne was totally nuked, burnt on the bottom. Katsu chicken had hardly any sauce. When we asked for more we were charged an additional £1 for a tiny jug!!
We complained but still had to pay nearly £50 for 2 disgusting meals
