Lovely, welcoming staff. Cosy room and loved the quirkiness of the Hotel, wooden beams in unexpected places, uneven floors due to age of building. History kept alive with added comfort. Perfect.

Lovely old building, spacious bars and restaurant, likewise our room was very large and comfortable- all the staff were very friendly and helpful
Not much, some late night noise from revellers outside the front of the Swan , but that’s not the fault of the Hotel

Room was great even had a 4 poster bed food was great and staff friendly
Could not turn the radiator down but staff did try and fix it

Central location was ideal for the town. Friendly staff and the room was adequate
Cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking, no ventilation and the windows didn’t open so there was a lot of condensation. Mould behind taps!
