Gym facilities are excellent, they make this hotel stand out. Breakfast options were great. Bed was very comfortable and room heated up quickly with the electric wall heater. Room well appointed.
My room was well appointed but decor could have beeen 'warmer'. I was in a club room and it felt a little like a luxurious large prison cell or a room in an institution. It was not cosy at all. It was a good size but lacked any homliness. I would stay here again as the gym facilities etc are excellent and will most probably get used to the room!

bed was clean & comfy. staff were really helpful. bar area was great.
when we arrived at the hotel, the door wouldn’t open as it had run out of charge. there was a big tear in the carpet, the outside of the window was filthy & the bathroom door was stained, the sprinkler shower button was also faulty. the hotel is definitely in need of some TLC & has clearly been hammered since it opened.
