Luxury while feeling comfortable
Food was flavoursome but didn’t seem to be very hot. Bed in room was stunning but mattress was poor and uncomfortable

The thermae suite is stunning. It’s absolutely huge! The bath was fantastic as was the sauna. The room was just lovely. The staff are friendly on reception, very helpful and kind. It was a huge treat to stay in a room as beautiful as this.
The only thing I wish was a bit easier was instructions on how to use the sauna haha! It took me a while to figure it out how to get it on the right setting and took me forever to turn it off.

We like this place.
Nice staff, good location, very comfy.
Nice dinner menu.
Only criticism this time was , the lack of clearing of dirty glasses plates from the front lounge area.
The same dirty dishes were on the tables when we came back after dinner, some 5 hours later.
The hotel was very busy, wedding a couple of birthdays I think. Maybe staff were spread to thin.
But not a good look as you come in.

it was ok but not the best ever
the requirement to pay for every order but not being able to run a bar tab
