Convenient location, shops etc, reception staff helpful.
Booked a delux room but I’m not sure it was! Rooms looked different to what is displayed on Booking.com and balcony is a very small Juliette balcony.

"The whole staff was amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible, especially with us traveling as a family with small children and grandparents. We felt very welcome and well taken..."
