Nice ground floor room. clean and tidy
Free parking Free breakfast which was surprisingly good. Buffet style.
Located off the M271 first turning going south in an industrial estate it is signed but you need to look for it.
Buffet pub The Walnut Tree 10/15 minute walk; open all day very reasonably priced
Bit of a bean feast for breakfast as it was full.

Excellent welcome on arrival. Clean and tidy room. Excellent breakfast.
The only concern is on approach to the hotel once you arrived the post code doesn’t take you straight to the door .

Lillie the staff member i spoke to was brilliant. The bed was massive and comfy. Other then that nothing else
There was stains on the pillows. I have pictures. The room was bland and only had enough coffee for 1 drink. Did see staff at counter as just wanted to get head down after 7 hour drive.
Went to the bar a couple of times. At one point t I was stood there for about 7 or 8 mins Lillie was dealing with a customer but there was 1 other staff member not 2 meters away from me. He didnt acknowledge me at all and waited for Lillie to serve me.
