Rooms were a good size. Fridge and tea facility included. Assigned a twin room at check in. Amazing breakfast.
Close to Heathrow airport with a hoppa shuttle service . But over an hour to get to city. We booked this hotel for an event which then got cancelled last minute. Otherwise would have stayed somewhere more central.

Room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable
The service was appalling and concierge was very rude. After being moved room because the TV didn't work, the concierge came to 'help' me to my new room. He didn't help with any of my bags and I had to run after him because he walked about 20 steps ahead of me to my new room. I also got locked out of my room when my key card stopped working. When I asked him at reception to help, he said he was busy and I had to join the very very long queue. Even though I was in my pyjamas, he thought it was acceptable to have me stand in the main atrium for 20 minutes while he stood and chatted to his friend.
