The location is beautiful & the spa is fantastic & my favourite bit of my trip away.
The mattress & pillows are very comfortable, but our room was right next to the spa & opposite a lift (which was noisy at times!)
I liked that we had a bath AND a shower & a very dark cozy room at night...
We wish the bed was bigger!

The staff were very friendly & obliging. The housekeeping staff were awesome, they do an amazing job of keeping the hotel immaculately clean.
The beauty Therapie’s & therapists were exceptional.
This hotel is like Fawlty Towers. There’s no way it’s 4 star. It’s Antiquated, hapless & in need of a major refurbishment. The hotel was freezing, especially the restaurant and water in the jacuzzi. Nowhere near enough sockets in the rooms, so bring an extension socket if you plan to stay here.
