The hotel is on the beach front and we had a room with a sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We expected to find on street parking but getting close to the hotel was impossible - we had to park and pay on the marina car park

Amazing location facing the beach. All staff were friendly and the places was very clean. The room was a great size.

The hotel is in a great location - just a 15-minute walk from the city center and right on the way to the beach.
The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and tasty options.
Our time on Crete was overall beautiful and memorable.
We booked a studio, but the “terrace” was so small it can hardly be called that.
The coffee machine in the room didn’t work.
Housekeeping was unreliable — we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels.
The hotel advertises a pool, but it’s more like a decorative fountain in terms of size.
Overall, we didn’t feel the stay offered good value for money and wouldn’t choose this accommodation again.
