We loved our stay. Room was very big and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, with quality linen. Staff was very friendly and helpful.PS5 is available for kids at the lobby. Pool is well kept, clean. Location is convenient, n front of the beach just crossing a busy road, and very close to a lively neighbourhood.
Nothing major. The bathroom was a bit small , although well equipped. Pool was not heated.

Location very near nice beach area and well connected with buses and trams. Breakfast by the pool was also something we were looking forward every morning. All staff was super friendly with us and our kids

The suite was clean and great view, the balconies were fantastic, the staff was friendly in the breakfast area and the reception, very helpful and they managed to get me an early check in since I have arrived early in the morning, lastly they responded very promptly to our room requests. Also they contacted us immediately when we forgot some stuff in the room after we checked out and went to the airport, Thank you 🙏
Have one elevator, and it was not easy to take our bags via the main gate stairs.

It's on a busy street. There's no view of the beach, as it's walled off. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping street. It seems like the hotel building used to be an apartment building, and only the rooms have been renovated. The stairwell and hallways still look like they're from the 60s-80s. The elevator only holds a maximum of two people. The food quality is not really good…
