it was a good stay, 2 minutes walk to the ski, however information was not that clear for first time visitors, break fast was great, but dinner was not. needs improvement in food quality, overall 7 out of 10

The location next to the Skiing area in Uludağ, room very comfortable and spacious. Clean property. Staff is very good. Very good ski school.
Most of the Staff do not speak English. Food at Buffet very repetitive. Most items are Turkish. International food items were tasteless. In the Spa most staff were not wearing masks. TV stations were all Turkish and very limited. Internet was Horrible. Non exinsistant in the rooms and weak at reception areas

Restaurant.
Compared to the rest of the hotel staff, restaurant staff have been trying to assist specially Mr Ouissy.
If turkish is not your first language, this is not your place.
Almost all the staff can't communicate in english including receptionists. Even the hotel information printout is in Turkish language only !!
Gym hardly got any working machines.
For the hotel rate, you would expect a much higher quality and qualified staff than this.
