Almost everything! Specially super friendly staff, Ms Bayan, in particular who was super-supportive!
Almost nothing! Room was smaller than expected though. Great for a single business trip but a little congested for a small family.

Staff, room spacious and clean, bef comfortable, breakfast buffet nice, costa coffee in lounge, location in Olaya district
Construction noise at night..not every night but a couple of nights...all night! Neighbouring Building. Staff tried to relocate me but hotel full. Shame because my room was great apart from this. I had a suite. 1st floor.
