An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I truly loved my stay at this beautiful resort. The grounds are huge, beautifully maintained and incredibly impressive, with so many lovely areas to explore and relax in.
The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and I really enjoyed the variety of bars throughout the resort. One thing I particularly appreciated was that there were always sun loungers available around the pools, so there was never any stress about finding a place to relax.
A special mention must go to the ambulance service. Unfortunately, I needed to use it during my stay, and I cannot praise the team enough. They were extremely professional, caring, reassuring and helpful when I needed it most. The way everything was handled made me feel safe and well looked after, and I am truly grateful.
Overall, this was a beautiful resort with fantastic facilities, wonderful service and a great atmosphere. I had an amazing stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!
The only thing that I found disappointing was the welcome at reception. Svetlana did not come across as particularly welcoming or friendly. She spoke very quietly, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she spoke even more quietly, which made communication quite difficult.
I think a warmer welcome and clearer communication would make the guest experience even better.

We had a wonderful experience at Rixos Sungate. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The service throughout the stay was excellent.
Special thanks to Ibrahim and Kaotar, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
We are very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Rixos Sungate to anyone visiting Antalya/Kemer. We truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and look forward to visiting again!
