Location was great and close to some nice restaurants and bars. Was lovely to wake up to the harbour view and to sit in the afternoon and watch the boats sail by. The bed was nice and big with comfortable linen and pillows. The room also had some lovely little touches such as a tea pot and filtered water which we absolutely loved. The foyer was exceptional with lovely area to sit and have drinks, food, coffee etc. Close to the hustle and bustle and harbour walk.
Unlucky enough to have a low floor and noise from the tapas bar below made it hard to sleep. Even still we would almost certainly stay here again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would request and hope for a higher level floor next time.

Brilliant location in Tsim Sham Tsui only a short walk to the iconic Star Ferry terminal. The Horizon Club is definitely worth the upgrade - the semi-buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good choice for the à la carte section. The cocktail hour was sublime watching Hong Kong island light up and all the boats, etc. The room was incredibly spacious with lovely touches like nice products and bookmarks.
Nothing - very happy with the hotel

Everything. They gave us an early check in which we appreciated a lot. Got some room upgrade by paying a little amount.
Nothing.
Everything was perfect.

Excellent service at a very high level. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and everything is well maintained.
