I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the reception staff were extremely helpful.
I would especially like to thank the receptionist guy who assisted me on October 6. Since my departure was scheduled for 4:00 a.m., I would not have been able to enjoy the breakfast included with my stay on my check-out day. He kindly arranged for me to have breakfast on the morning of my arrival instead, which I greatly appreciated. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again.

The location is good. Not far from Avenida da Liberdade.
The staff are very friendly and the service is very good.
The switch in the small apartment seems to only work as all off or all on. You can't have the living room light on while turning off the bedroom light.
