Friendly staff, good hearty breakfast warm and cosy hotel
beds a little bouncy for me but ok also the tv not working properly, possible cos of the storm, but as we have stayed there a few times and always had problems with tv. can live with that.

This booking was booked very last minute due to another hotel had double booked us and cancelled our stay. The hotel was very accommodating and ensured we could get 2 rooms for around the price we paid for the other hotel which was very kind.
The location of the property was spot on and so central which we loved as wasn't too far to walk!
Also I am a lady with a lot of health conditions and I struggle with sleep but I actually slept a solid 8 hours as the beds were so Comfotable and made me feel alot more human so thank you.
The breakfast is absolutely lovely for the price.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and the staff accommodated us at all times.
I was so grateful for the lift as we were on the 3rd floor.
We have had the best weekend and really enjoyed it so thank you xxx
Everything was spot on nothing to complain about!!!

Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Bedroom wasn’t great. Bed uncomfortable, not enough pillows. Generally a little run down.
