Peppers Beach Club & Spa

Our whole experience was exceptional. We arrived about 45mins before check in time but they had our room ready and were very happy to check us in. The reception staff were very friendly and helped us up our room with our bags. The room (actually almost an apartment it was so big) was stunning with views to the palm cove beach to one side and the pool on the other. The kitchen was big and well equipped with everything you could need including an nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area was comfortable and spacious with a big TV. The balcony looking over the beach and sea was comfortable to sit at. There was a second balcony in the bedroom looking over the wonderful pool and swim up cocktail bar. The bed was huge with lovely comfortable bed and beautiful linen. We slept well with the air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The buffet breakfast was great with all the normal hot options, pastries, cold meats, etc and was easy to access. Staff again were extremely helpful and friendly. Cocktails beside the pool were well made. The hotel has an excellent location being in teh middle of Palm cove. While the restaurant in house was great there are plenty of high quality options in town. Parking was provided.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful

The Pools were very clean Staff were helpful.

Furniture in our room not very comfy and couch was stained also corners of bathroom floor dusty and left over hair residue not ours ...

Everything was excellent, room clean and comfortable. Towels changed daily. The pool areas are amazing. Enjoyed cocktails and lunch each day by the pool. So relaxing. This was our second visit and would definitely return.

The pool and location

Air con did not work in lounge area which was uncomfortable as we could not open the door to let any air in. Cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom.
