Room was well sized, had a couple of chairs and a counter for luggage
Double bed, TV, AC, shower+sink (really good hot water), towels, kettle, microwave, toaster, plates + cutlery, tea + coffee, iron + ironing board in closet (no hangers)
Well located along Princes Highway and had parking near rooms
Check-in was easy at front desk, and was able to ask for extra blankets and hairdryer from reception and they got delivered to the room
Had little interaction with staff but they were friendly and were able to answer my questions at front desk and housekeeping was polite in the morning
Slight smell from the AC, but got used to it, must be an older unit so had to ask for additional blankets because the AC wasn't very strong
Bed was a bit far from the wall outlet so phone was further away
No bin in the bathroom for sanitary disposal
About 20-25min walk from train station (Noble Park), bit far if you have luggage, had to uber when arriving and departing
Room was located upstairs, so had to carry suitcase up - if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage request a ground floor room
Unable to connect to wifi and no instructions in the room but I'm sure reception could have helped (forgot to ask about it as I was getting picked up and returned late when reception had closed)

Easy to find. Close to my event.
Attached to a large reception centre and there was a function that played loud music into the evening. Difficult to relax and sleep.
