Friendly staff and breakfast buffet.
Some facilities not available as advertised, everything getting worn out and no upkeep. Most umbrellas around the pool were broken, furniture rusted and could only get vodka or beer from the bar as they had run out of all rum, scotch, bourbon, whiskey and gin.
Chinoise restaurant needs better food, everything is gluey.

The room was lovely and the view was great it had everything we needed

The hotel facilities was great, pool and access to the beach was okay. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating, shout out to front desk indian guy i cant recall his name. The hotel ambience was very relaxing.
The waiting check in services was really bad, came at 3 had to wait until 5pm before i finally getting my key. Lobby hotel was hot making the whole check in process from bad to worse. What is the purpose of online check in directly to Thistle website if we still had to queue and wait for almost 2 hours before finally checking in.

Good location, nice big swimming pool with various depth and nice private beach
Limited close by parking - need a bit of walk if come during peak weekend; the so call “newly refurbished room” really comes with low quality finished - main door and toilet door need to be pushed really hard to close properly, slippery toilet floor, inferior finish plaster ceiling in toilet, sliding door cannot locked; very limited supply of body wash and shampoo;
