We only stayed one night in a family room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had dinner, which was a delicious buffet with a huge selection! We also loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. The lobby area was beautiful and impressive and cosy with several fires lit! All in all, we highly recommend! X
Only small thing that wasn’t ideal was we had a sofa bed in our family room which wasn’t especially comfy but for only one night we were still happy!

I like to say the fact that I left early.
The customer service was poor. I was charged twice for breakfast and the room service never cleaned the room. Plus, there’s a £50 charge per pool entry and only 12 people are allowed at a time. Booking.com mot mentioning any of these.
