Did not like the hand held shower sprayer.

The room was spacious, the ocean view was amazing, food was fantastic, service was excellent.
Maintenance on the phone lines, meant I had to go to the restaurant to place a room service order.

The location and view.
The staff were nonchalant and unwelcoming. From the security at the door, who wouldn’t even greet to the cleaning staff who had audacity to use my charger without my permission. The butler who was not helping with bags but doing receptionist duties. No prior communication about telephones that were not working only discovered that when I needed to use the phone. The WiFi that was always disconnecting and freezing the Television. I genuinely couldn’t wait to leave.
