Lovely refurb. Clean and tidy. Nicely decorated rooms.
Room 1 we stayed in must have been above the bar/restaurant. Loud music until gone 10pm on Sunday night followed by loud talking and laughing for quite a while longer. Heating wasn’t on, but was noisy in the room. All of which disturbed sleep.

Beautiful old inn, great location, easy walk to train station, lovely restaurant.

The newly refurbished bar and reception area was fantastic
The room the mat we stayed in was dated. Perhaps this is due refurbishment

Location and cleanliness as well as huge in house parking lots for guests
The hotel does not have sufficient staff as a result customers’ issues remain unresolved or attended late. The hotel has quite a good number of rooms but one can count the staff in fingers.
