Amazing, super friendly staff who made the stay an absolute joy and made a big fuss of our dogs during dinner. Food and bedroom were awesome too. Thank you for a lovely evening.

At 5am large waste bins were being dragged up a cobbled alleyway right next to our room. This went on for at least an hour. Then the noise continued as the bins were dragged back to the hotel. The room had an air conditioning funnel hanging out of the the window which subsequently was open and exacerbated the noise. Being woken up at 5am with an unacceptable noise level had a very negative impact on my life/work the following day.
There was a very friendly waitress but overall the staff, especially the floor manager are not that friendly or accommodating.
