Excellent customer service, very good evening dinner, great value
We forgot that B&B was for Continental breakfast only and cooked was a £10 surcharge.
Prefer that you make it inclusive even at a slight increase in price

Great location in a wonderful Manor House.
Small dark room and no airflow. You have to pay for cooked breakfast if you don’t book direct otherwise it’s just continental. And they charge for late coffee with breakfast. Weddings over take the place albeit mostly in the adjoining barn.

The location and the setting are lovely and the roll top bath room was decent except for the water pump sound track!
The whole place is tired and there is little thought to the customer journey from where we parked at the rear of the building to a poor reception process - overall it’s long overdue a refit and smartening up! And whilst we liked our room in the attic, every time we or neighbours used water including the loo there is an accompanying water pump sound disturbing the peace.
