Very friendly staff, immaculately clean everywhere
Bar prices are very expensive

A great hotel with very friendly and competent staff. Bedroom was way better than expected, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and to recommend to friends and family staying in the area. Also had dinner here, and the food was exceptional.
Frustrating to not be able to walk out to main road without walking alway around the car park to visit the local petrol station next door. But this was a very minor issue compared with all the good points.

The deposit! Why the need for a £50 deposit? I would have spent more in the bar if there wasn’t a deposit.
I apparently became invisible at breakfast others came down after me and were served. By the time I was noticed I didn’t have time for breakfast.
