This is a good value, clean and friendly place to stay. No frills but good at what it does. Looks like it does a lot of business through its restaurant, and although we didn't use it (apart from breakfast on our last morning), it was nice to have a drink at the bar before heading off elsewhere.
A little bit of road noise, but didn't really affect our sleep. Although looks recently refurbished, the style is a bit traditional, which is ok, but not its best feature.

Fantastic dining experience. Nicely decorated rooms. Really friendly staff. Bus stops right outside.
Quite close to the main road and the traffic was noisy - had to keep the window closed. Breakfast was really disappointing especially after the evening meals had been so good. We had the lighter breakfast one day and the full one the next and neither were very good.

The evening meal was ok.
The acoustics in the property were terrible. We were awoken regularly by an overly amorous couple in the room above on several occasion from 1.30am through to 4am.. they seemed to be having a great time. I'm certainly not averse to others enjoying themselves, but given that we were headed out at 6am the following morning it was bit of an inconvenience..
