Location and the look of building.
All was good but parking should be included in the price.

Beautiful old building, grand and historic. Fabulous location by the station. The staff were amazing - nothing too much trouble. The chef was so helpful and friendly too and came to talk to us about our needs for the day (education event).
Can’t think of anything

Location next to the interchange
Tired in need of some restoration

Location from train station was good but difficult to find entrance as most of doors were locked
The mattress was so firm it has given me a bad back and sent my back into spasm.
I went down to the bar at 7 for a drink and light bite where there was nobody to be found.
